  I happened to find this place on Yelp when looking for good Asian food in the Carrollton area, and after reading through a few reviews, I decided to make a visit. From the outside, it looks like any Chinese-American restaurant, but you step in and are greeted warmly by the hostess and waitresses. The restaurant is clean overall.
  
  One thing I must say about this place is that the service is EXCELLENT! They had only 3 waitresses when we were there on a Saturday evening, and it seemed quite busy with lots of families coming in and out. But we were seated immediately, and our food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The waitresses checked in with us periodically, and they were quick about getting our checks, too!
  
  Now, the FOOD. Absolutely hands-down delicious! They have a half-open kitchen, and I saw the chef making the noodles, so I knew I had to get their handmade noodles! For appetizers, we got the xiao long bao with crab meat, fried juicy buns (pork), and egg drop soup. For entrees, I got the noodles as mentioned, and my friend got the salt and pepper shrimp, which came with a side of rice.
  
  I loved everything I ordered. I loved the steamed dumplings and fried buns the most. The dumplings were very reminiscent of the soup dumplings I had at Din Tai Fung in California. The noodles were a close second - the broth is very mild - not too flavorful, but I enjoyed that because I don't like my broth to be too salty or saucy.
  
  This is a hidden gem - I certainly recommend!
  
  PS - There is plenty of parking in this area, right next to Kroger!

  We heard about this place from a friend of ours who raved about how much she loved their xiao long bao (soup dumplings), and we figured we'd give it a try!
  
  We REALLY wanted to try their HandMade Mulan Noodles...but apparently the chef who makes it left and they're looking for a new one.
  
  So sad. It looks like we won't be able to try it until they hire a new chef  
  
  What we ordered:
  
  Mongolian Beef - You could smell the seasoning on this thing from a mile away. Oh my gash ~ it smelled good! It was a little salty to taste, but as long as you take each bite with rice it's good!
  
  Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings) - I was actuallg surprised at how well they mastered the art of xiao long bao. Having lived in Hong Kong for over a year, my standard for these dumplings is pretty high. These were actually not too bad!
  
  Stir Fried Beef Noodles - this was not my favorite. It tasted pretty bland next to the mongolian beef.
  
  Overall, this place was pretty legit! Would definitely recommend!

  Spent all day at the DPS office to renew my drivers license, so after 6 hours of no food and having my patience tested, I was starving! I stopped in and ordered the Mapo Tofu (I asked them to make it very spicy), an order of crab rangoon, and an order of the spicy Asian chicken wings.
  
  The girls who greeted me were so kind and eager to help! (I love a business with great customer service, especially when it's an Asian restaurant because my people generally are not as hospitable lol)
  
  I was so excited to get home and eat, and the food did not disappoint. The mapo tofu was flavorful and very spicy! It was perfect. You know how you crave something, order it, and pray to the old gods and the new that it hits the spot? This one definitely DID that!
  
  I'm also not a stranger to crab rangoon, and they all generally taste the same at most restaurants, but these were also really good - and they didn't skimp on the filling! I hate when the wonton skin on a crab rangoon is so thick and hard like it's ready to fight my gums. These, to the contrary, were crispy and light!
  
  The spicy Asian wings were okay - it was lacking in sauce and flavor, but still good.
  
  Overall, I would definitely come back!

  Love love love their xiao long bao here!!! Probably the best I ever had in the dfw area! Its soooooooo juicy and the flavor is excellent. I really like the fried juicy buns (about $6 for 3) it's like the xiao long bao but has a crispy bottom as they pan fry it and it's so so so good!! I also tried their orange chicken and it's pretty standard. There nothing special about the orange chicken, but it is good! I also had the handpulled noodles, and a lot of people say its disappointing, but I personally like it! It's a really simple bone broth and their noodles are really silky and smooth. I personally enjoyed it. It is kind of pricey for the noodles ($12-13 a bowl) but it is pretty cool that you are able to see them make it as well as the dumplings. 100% would come back here. It is now my go-to restuarant for xiao long bao!

  We trekked here after 25 minute drive, just to check out this place.  Boy, were we super delighted to find this little Jem of a place.
  
  An Off the beaten path asian restaurant just minutes away from the busy Asian corner (you know, the one that everyone knows!)
  
  Adorable little place in a strip that has simple, modern decor that compliments the full flavor in the dishes.  
  
  Must order is the soup dumplings with the little goji berry on top!  We mistakenly made 1 order and then after we polished it 2 minutes after it arrived, immediately ordered a second order.
  
  For a smattering of flavors, we ordered beef flat noodle, sautéed cabbage, pork belly with veg (*little kick!), scallion pancake, edamame (we need to be healthy a little right?), and egg drop and sweet corn soup and hot and sour soup.  
  
  Everything was delicious except for the soup.  Our kids said it was way too salty and didn't want to eat it and the HnS soup 'tasted not right'
  
  So skip the soup because there are so many other delicious options!  
  
  The hand pulled noodle show was really fun!  We'll have to be back to order some of that next time.
  
  The only other thing was we were super excited to have dessert but apparently the dessert person was away in California!  
  
  Mulan, we'll be back!
